Kindig-It Design Tour

Kindig-It Design

About this event

As 2016 is winding down, and many of our cars are going into hibernation, we've managed to squeeze in one last "Cars and Coffee". And we'll follow up the Cars and Coffee with an open member gathering- let's call that "Cocktails and Camaraderie"-  at a nearby watering hole. Join us on Veteran's Day, November 11th for this fun event.

"Cars and Coffee"- We'll meet at Kindig-It Design beginning at 2:45 sharp for guided tours through their custom car fabrication shop. If you've seen the TV show Bitchin' Rides on the Velocity Channel- this is where it all happens. The staff at Kindig-It has graciously agreed to provide us with 3 tours of 15 people each. The first tour will leave the lobby at 3:00 SHARP. The following two tours will depart just a few minutes later. Because there will be a maximum limit of participants, we will require registration and an associated fee, 90% refundable when you show up for the tour.

"Cocktails and Camaraderie"- Following the Kindig-It Design tours, we plan to meet up at Stella Grill. If you are unable to get the afternoon off work, or perhaps were unable to get into the tour at Kindig-It, come join us anyway. First arrivals will be between 4 and 5 pm.

Event requirements

Unfortunately we have a limit on the number of entrants for the Kindig-It Design tours. So,in order to encourage only FIRM reservations we are setting up this registration site. The fee for registration will be $11 per person. It seems fitting for a tour on 11/11. When you sign the waiver on the tour day, you will be refunded a crisp $10 bill, netting out the $1 fee the club pays for processing. Please limit your reservations to PCA club members, associate members, or family members 18 years or older. Once you sign up, there will be NO CANCELATIONS and you will forfeit any reservation fees paid. Based on the popularity of the TV show, and the content of the tour, we expect this C&C to sell out. SO, in the event that you make a reservation and your circumstances change making it impossible for you to come, please drop an email to president@irpca.org an let us know. This will enable us to allow the next person on the waitlist to register.  The registration site will cut off at a total of 45 people.
