If you are a member of Blackhawk Valley, Chicago, Land O'Lakes, or Milwaukee Region, your region will be paying the cost of attending Spring Training, and you will not need to provide any payment.
Saturday Dinner (optional)!
We invite you to stay for dinner at the hotel Saturday night. Enjoy some good food and continued discussions, socializing, and bench racing. The cost of dinner is NOT included in the registration, but you WILL receive a coupon good for $5 towards the purchase of dinner in the hotel restaurant. (This coupon may be used on either Friday or Saturday evening).
Dinner specials are
Friday: Fish Fry buffet, includes soup and salad bar $13.99
Saturday All you can eat BBQ ribs and chicken with soup and salad bar $14.99 (RIbs and Chicken will be included on the buffet to streamline the serving process)
A new regular menu will also be available.
As in the past, breakfast and lunch on Saturday are provided at no charge.
Important Notes:
Please register by Friday, March 10th, 2017 to be included in the lunch count. Meal is not guaranteed for those who register after this date. If you have special dietary or facility needs, please contact Paula Spencer, flyenracegal@aol.com

If something arises and you are not able to attend, please contact registration as soon as possible to appropriately adjust attendance counts.
Note: Stewards and the Cendiv BOD will also be meeting on Sunday, March 19, 2017..
The room block for overnight stay is now expired. Reservations can still be made directly with the hotel at regular room rates.

We did not reserve a block of rooms at the Super 8 this year as there has not been any interest in the past. I have included the number for you in case you want the less expensive option although the amenities are fewer. There is shuttle service between the two properties which are nearly next door to each other.
